PRACTICE AREA: LEGAL ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Mr. Slanina, a former Disciplinary Counsel who has written and lectured extensively and testified as an expert on legal ethics, counsels local and out-of-state lawyers and law firms on compliance with the Delaware Rules of Professional Conduct, and represents attorneys before the Board of Professional Conduct and the Delaware Supreme Court.
